Here's a system picture of the entire 3MeterClock system including the Arduino Board (bottom of stack), the Ethernet XPort Shield (center board on the stack), and the Driver Board Proto Shield (top board on the stack). Notice the 3 pin connector on the Driver board - this is where the system gets plus and minus 12V.

Here's a closeup of the Meter Driver Board. Notice the 6 adjustments. A ZERO and MAX adjustment for each of the 3 meters in the clock.

Here's a picture of the Simpson meter with the front cover removed. I removed the two nuts on the terminals on the back of the meter and slid the whole movement out of the case for modification. Notice the two small screws holding the meter face in position behind the needle.
